Cata is coming out soon. You guys need to prepare for it. This is what you guys need to do:
1. Faction rewards *Forum redirection is broken. Link should read /factions = 1162 (without the spaces on either side of '=')
Figure out what faction your enchants and gear are coming from.
You need to hit friendly before you're able to wear their tabard to gain rep in a dungeon. Factions also have good rare and epic gear to buy that will probably be BIS pre-heroic gear.
Your time is going to be most effective if you're gaining rep while chaining dungeons.
2. Dungeons
You cannot queue for a dungeon in dungeon finder until you have discovered the entrance of the instance.
Logging out at blackrock is recommended so that you will be good to queue for it as soon as you log in.
With your faction rewards figured out, set your hearth at a major city closest to that zone. After logging in, hearth and buy the Flight Master's License. Once you do that, get to your zone and hit friendly so that you can buy the tabard. If there is another faction with good rep gear, hit friendly with them as well in between running dungeons.
